We have launched an Approach smartphone app to help keep you and our service users be better informed with Approach news and events.
On the app you will be able to stay up to date with all Approach news and what we’ve been up to in our day care groups, Cafés and much more. You will also find an Approach calendar which we will keep updated to include all of our Carers Cafés dates, training courses and other Approach events. We will also be uploading general information fact sheets about life with dementia which will be available for download as well as our quarterly newsletters. Don’t forget to also check out our gallery page where we will be uploading regular photos from all of our events and you may just spot a familiar face or two!
The app is free to download for iPhones, Windows and Android Phones. You can download the app by searching in your app store for “Approach Staffordshire” (using the quotation marks in the Google play store) or by visiting:

When you install the app, please allow “Push Notifications” so you get a notification each time we add something new to the app. The app is also compatible with iPads, but please be aware to download it you have to search the app store in “iPhone Only” mode for the app to appear. You can also filter information by our services in the categories page (under settings).
