Group Social Support Sessions – Kidsgrove

We are delighted to be able to offer group support for people affected by dementia in Kidsgrove in partnership with Whitehill Methodist Community Church and Mount Road Practise Patient Participation Group.

Sessions are FREE to attend.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no activity group on 2nd May as the venue will be used for local elections voting.
