Approach have partnered with Stoke City Football Club Community Trust to deliver weekly dementia support groups.
Groups enable people with dementia to come together with their carers to participate in fun activities and light chair-based exercise.
Sessions run for 2 hours every Thursday from 10am – 12pm and take place at Ricardo’s on the bet365 Stadium site.
