Lee’s Christmas Village-Sunday 3rd December 2017
We have an unforgettable Christmas experience on offer this December thanks to our very talented Day Opportunities Officer, Lee Carroll.
Lee is welcoming us into his home to appreciate his spectacular Christmas Village and to ‘wow’ us with his Christmas displays and decorations.
Lee’s Christmas Village is a must see for anybody wanting to experience something extra special this Christmas. Entry is just £1 with homemade refreshments available in exchange for a small donation. Lee will be spoiling his guests with mince pies, red velvet cake, lemon cake and coffee and walnut cake. It wouldn’t be Christmas without a festive tipple, so Lee will also be making mulled wine and hot apple cider.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Approach to help us to continue to provide our services.
Christmas is an important time for people with dementia as it can trigger happy memories spent with loved ones that they may have previously forgotten.
