Our 2018 Quality Report
Each year Approach send out a questionnaire to all carers and service users who have used our services over the last 12 months. The feedback is used by the Board of Directors and Management Team to implement an improvement action plan during the following 12 months to ensure we continue to provide a quality service.
We sent out nearly 600 questionnaires and had a return rate of 25% will all carers saying that using the services of Approach had benefited them in some way.
We had some other very positive feedback and quotes from our carers.
