Approach to Hold Monthly Dementia Information Stalls at The Royal Stoke University Hospital
Approach is pleased to be working in conjunction with the lead Dementia Nurse at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust to hold monthly dementia information stalls at The Royal Stoke University Hospital to offer patients, carers and relatives support and information.
Our first information stall will be in the Hospital Foyer on Thursday 24th July from 12.00pm-2.30pm and we welcome you to come and chat to us. We can give you information about what services Approach offers for people living with dementia and their carers as well as giving you advice regarding a dementia diagnosis.
