Portmeirion Group Continue to Support Approach in 2020 After a Successful Year of Fundraising.
Approach are thrilled to announce local pottery firm, Portmeirion have pledged to continue their support into 2020.
We have had a fantastic year working with Portmeirion! As well as joining us at our Walk to Remember, supporting our Fashion Show and hosting lithography workshops for our day groups; Portmeirion have also raised over £5,000 throughout the year to help us provide our dementia services.
We visited Portmeirion’s Stoke site just before Christmas to pick up a cheque for a fantastic £3000 raised through charity ware sales, carrier bag sales, raffles and tombolas. Portmeirion’s support for Approach will also continue into 2020 following an employee vote.
This fantastic sum of money will allow us to continue to provide our vital Carers services and support even more families affected by dementia in Stoke-on-Trent.
We are thrilled to be working with Portmeirion employees again and are looking forward to another successful year!
