Support Worker –My Day My Way

Permanent contract – 15 hours per week
£8.27 per hour, increasing to £8.50 per hour with a NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
This role is an exciting opportunity to work individually with service users on the My Day My Way project.
My Day My Way provides 1:1 support to older people with dementia within their own home and community. This support work can include virtually any activity that an individual wishes to do – please note that this is not purely a domiciliary care role.
A full induction and training will be given upon commencement for the successful applicant.
It is essential that the post holder is a car driver and has the use of a four door car suitable for carrying older people for the duration of their employment. An allowance of 0.42p pence per mile is paid.

Annual Leave entitlement is 27 days per annum plus bank holidays, pro rata to full time staff.
